Jared Bassett is a toggle, in Options. He sits in the bottom row between Stephanie Rothberg and Matt Cisneros. Switch him off and the row simply slides back one, so Connor Pensabene moves from the head of the table into the last column and the head seat goes unused — nobody else moves either way, and the order of the row reads the same. The plan defaults to him not coming.
Jared Rothberg has moved off the end, into the second column with Kristen beside him. Christine Clarke now takes the other head of the table.
The head table now sits at the entrance end of the room. The plan reads Table 5 at the far end down to Table 1 nearest the door, so the first thing guests walk past is the head table.
Matt and Olivia sit on the room-facing side. Table 1 is at the bottom of the plan with everyone else above it, so the lower row is the one looking out over the party. The couple, both sets of parents and Christine sit there; the siblings sit opposite, facing them.
Couples sit shoulder to shoulder, not opposite one another. Each column of the plan is two people facing each other, so a pair of couples fills a two-column block — you talk to your partner beside you and a different couple across.
The Bakeys are the deliberate exception. Ryane and James sit side by side with Sherry and Alison directly across, so the brothers are together and their wives are together. Marc is next to James.
Table 3 follows the hand-drawn plan. Lois Nappi now sits at the head of the table with Lewis and Caryn either side of her, and all eight couples on that table sit facing each other across it rather than side by side.
All earlier rules still hold elsewhere. Allie Diaz next to Danielle Parrino, Sandy Tolonen at the head end beside James Cisneros, Marc next to James Bakey, and the Buetis beside Antonia and Sean.
Table 3 needs 17 seats and Table 2 needs 15, against 16-tops on Rocco\u2019s printed plan. Worth confirming they can extend, since the long tables are built from four-tops.
Print full first and last names on every place card. Three Matts, two Jareds at the head table, two Alexandras, two Bakeys, two Marks, and Kristen Bindas alongside Kristin Arellano.
